Access and use of the Website grant the status of "User" and imply the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in these Terms and Conditions, in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

If the User does not agree with the entirety of these conditions, they must refrain from using this Website.

 

2. Purpose of the Website

 

The Website is fundamentally informational regarding the SOKI SUSHI & BBQ restaurant, our Japanese buffet concept, menus, prices, and opening hours.

Likewise, the Website offers the User the possibility of managing reservation requests at our establishment. The use of this reservation service shall be governed by the provisions of the "Reservation Policy" (Section 5).

 

3. Conditions of Use and User Declaration

 

The User expressly declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the necessary legal capacity to access the Website and accept these terms.

The User undertakes to use the Website, its contents, and services in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and these Terms and Conditions. The User agrees not to use the Website for illicit or fraudulent activities, or actions that violate the rights of SOKI SUSHI & BBQ or third parties.

 

4. Pricing and Menu Policy

 

  • "All-You-Can-Eat Buffet" prices are indicated on the Website (e.g., WEEKDAY LUNCH BUFFET €16.95; NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAY BUFFET €23.95).

  • Reduced rates exist for children based on their height (100-130cm).

  • Offers, such as the midday buffet, apply under specific conditions (e.g., Monday to Friday Midday, not including holidays).

  • All prices shown include the applicable VAT (IVA).

  • SOKI SUSHI & BBQ reserves the right to modify the menu composition and prices without prior notice. The information on the Website is indicative, although we will endeavor to keep it updated.

 

5. Reservation Policy

 

  • The Website allows for the request of reservations. The reservation will only be considered confirmed after the User receives express confirmation from the restaurant (via email, SMS, or third-party reservation system).

  • SOKI SUSHI & BBQ will hold the reserved table for a grace period of 15 minutes after the reservation time. After this time, the table may be released.

  • For cancellations or modifications, please contact the restaurant as far in advance as possible using the provided telephone numbers.

  • For large groups or special celebrations, specific reservation conditions may apply. We recommend contacting the restaurant directly.

 

6. Allergen and Intolerance Policy

 

SOKI SUSHI & BBQ offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients. It is the customer's responsibility to inform the serving staff of any food allergy or intolerance before consuming any product.

Although we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen environment handles various allergens, and we cannot guarantee the total absence of traces or cross-contamination.

 

7. Intellectual and Industrial Property

 

All content on the Website (texts, logos, images, graphic design, and source code) is the intellectual property of SOKI SUSHI & BBQ or third parties who have authorized its use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or modification of any content without the express written authorization of SOKI SUSHI & BBQ is prohibited.

 

8. Modification of Conditions

 

SOKI SUSHI & BBQ reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as these Terms and Conditions. The User will acknowledge and accept such modifications merely by accessing the Website after their entry into force.

 

9. Data Protection Policy (GDPR) and LSSI-CE

 

a) Data Controller: SOKI SUSHI & BBQ (with the fiscal data indicated in Section 1) is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the Website. b) Purpose of Processing: The personal data (such as name, phone number, and email) provided by the User will be processed for the following purposes: * Managing and confirming your reservation request. * Responding to inquiries or requests for information sent via [info@sokisushi.com]. * Subject to the User's express consent, sending commercial communications, promotions, and news about SOKI SUSHI & BBQ (via email, WhatsApp, or other electronic means). c) Legal Basis: The legal basis for processing your data is: * For purposes 1 and 2: The execution of a pre-contractual relationship (managing the reservation or inquiry). * For purpose 3: The express consent of the data subject (checking the box on the reservation or contact form). d) Data Retention: Data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., until the date of the reservation and during applicable legal periods) or until the User revokes their consent. e) User Rights (ARCO-POL): The User may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure (Cancellation), Opposition, Portability, and Restriction of Processing (ARCO-POL Rights) by sending a written communication to SOKI SUSHI & BBQ at the address [Carrer d'En Prim, 170, 08911 Badalona, Barcelona] or by email to [info@sokisushi.com], attaching a copy of their ID/NIE. f) Commercial Communications (LSSI-CE): In accordance with the LSSI-CE, SOKI SUSHI & BBQ will not engage in SPAM practices. 10. Complaints

 

The User is informed that SOKI SUSHI & BBQ has Official Complaint Forms (Hojas Oficiales de Reclamación / Fulls Oficials de Reclamació) available to customers at our physical establishment, in accordance with Catalan consumer regulations.

 

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. For any controversy that may arise from the access or use of the Website, both parties (User and SOKI SUSHI & BBQ) expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Badalona or, failing that, Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
